Quadzio is a platform that connects current college students ("Ambassadors") with high school students interested in learning more about colleges. Ambassadors share authentic insights and may offer unofficial campus tours based on personal experience.

Quadzio Ambassadors are independent individuals who are not official representatives of any college or university. Any tours or advice they provide are informal, student-led, and based solely on their personal experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quadzio. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity under your account.

4. Ambassador Responsibilities

If you apply to be an Ambassador, you agree to:

• Represent your college experience honestly

• Treat high school students with respect and professionalism

• Avoid making claims or promises on behalf of any college or university

• Comply with all applicable school and campus policies

Ambassador profiles may appear on our public map and be discoverable by prospective students.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Quadzio for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Harass, bully, or impersonate other users

• Share misleading, false, or inappropriate content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit. By submitting content, you grant Quadzio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform and marketing channels.

7. Platform Usage & Availability

Quadzio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Quadzio does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by Ambassadors. Ambassadors on Quadzio provide campus insights and tours based on their personal experience. They are not official representatives of any college or university, and any interactions or tours are conducted independently and informally.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadzio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of Quadzio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Quadzio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
